Terms and
Conditions of Working with Create My Business Although the initial communications may occur by e-mail, we will also call you to discuss your goals. We can make no warranty to the privacy or security of electronic or phone communications. Client will be charged the full package price after an initial logo concept is accepted. If however the client is not satisfied after two revision cycles of the logo, a full refund of the package fee will be provided and the project will be terminated. Client acknowledges that no further remedy will be sought. Refunds will be provided within ten working days. CMB will retain rights to logo concepts in the event of a project termination. Client will not be able to use those concepts in any manner. Each phase of the package will include revision cycles. You will have 15 working days to review the revisions. If no feedback is provided CMB will assume that the revision is acceptable and proceed with completing the project. If extensions are required, an e-mail request is needed. On logos: We develop professional, clean logos that represent your company well across several media applications. If you need elaborate, hand rendered artwork of a specific landmark or other custom drawing, we may not be the best resource for you. We will do our best to make sure we can accommodate your goals in the initial interview On trademarks: We ask that you guarantee that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to us for inclusion in web pages or brochures are owned by you, or that you have permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend CMB and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by you. CMB does not perform trademark, service mark or copyright searches or inquiries regarding your logo or business name. It is the client's responsibility to perform these searches and validate the originality of their business name and service mark/logo. We recommend using a copyright attorney to perform the required search and application if you wish to trademark your logo, business name, tag line, or logo. Client will own final artwork but CMB retains the rights to all work created during revision cycles. Further client will not be transferred rights included in stock graphics or photos used in final artwork. CMB also reserves the right to display completed artwork on our website. On photos: In order to keep our fees practical for small businesses we do use stock photos from reputable sources such as iStock and Corbis. Per their copyright terms, you are not able to reuse these photos or access the raw images. CMB owns the copyright to the createmybusiness.pro name and website contents, including the overall look of the site and logo. CMB does not assume any responsibility or liability for any information submitted to the website including information obtained by malicious parties. CMB is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters or Acts of God. Create My Business makes use of PayPal to make paying for services easier. However, we do not guarantee or warrant any services provided by PayPal and cannot guarantee the privacy of any information provided to them. Should any problems occur, you agree to work solely with PayPal and hold Create My Business harmless. Create My Business does not provide any warranty to the service, website, or products provided to client. Upon final acceptance of final work client assumes all responsibility for subsequent changes deemed necessary by business, legal, or technology changes. Create My Business cannot guarantee the usefulness of any of its products beyond the day they are provided as final work. Further, we cannot guarantee the privacy policies of any of our third party vendors used to create clients' final work including printers, mailing services, or independent contractors. If any dispute occurs between Create My Business and client, client agrees to settle such dispute via mediation and have damages limited solely to the amount paid for services. Special Information for Custom Website Development Create My Business is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice for websites. Clients are responsible for verifying that the information on their sites meets their requirements and legal standards. Client acknowledges that Create My Business assumes no liability for client website information or e-mail. Website development services include:

Search Engine Result Page (SERP) Ranking Currently known best practices will be implemented when your site is constructed to help make your site visible to your potential clients via search engine queries. Because the search engines change their algorithms frequently, no guarantee can be made concerning how well your website will rank in the result pages. Ongoing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a different service than web design and is not included in this agreement. Specifically, SEO may include:

Legal Disclosure Create My Business can refuse any project that violates these Terms and Conditions or is considered to be objectionable or not within our scope. By using our services you agree that CMB can keep and disclose your information to legal authorities if it is required.
