• If you are not satisfied with your logo concepts we will refund your initial payment.

• If you are not satisfied with your concepts or revision cycles for your printed materials we will work until you are or we will refund your payment. We will retain the copyrights to any concepts submitted for your review.

• If you are not satisfied with your brochures or business cards we will print them again. In five years we have had only two times that we have had to reprint materials and in both instances it was related to the printing process.

• We know you will be proud of your website but again we will work until you are or refund your payment. The only exception is if you accept delivery of business cards and brochures and keep them we will deduct the printing costs from your refund.
